Haley Helms Jennings

Hello, my name is Haley Helms Jennings, and I am an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC), National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am fortunate to work every day with clients and families who are seeking help to weather the storms of life, whatever those may be. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, which really spurred my interest in Mental Health. I focused my graduate work on Clinical Mental Health Counseling because, today, more than ever, individuals are stressed with so many overwhelming circumstances in life. I strive to infuse hope into the lives of my clients so that the storm’s surge will not overtake them. I have personally encountered my own storms in life, we all know that no one's life is perfect, regardless of how we portray ourselves on social media, so I "get it".  I am passionate about assisting clients to find ways to cope, live, and manage life’s stressors. I am authentic, realistic, and sometimes blunt, but always communicate from a place of love and peace. I seek to create a safe place for clients of all ages and their families. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. Sometimes we all need someone to talk to and a safe place to vent, re-set, and recharge.
